"Anthony Imbriolo, President of Global Vision (Avacor)" "Turns out in 1987 Imbriolo was sued by Upjohn, the maker of Rogaine, for patent infringement." "He was accused of creating his own version of Minoxidil, the active ingredient in Rogaine, and selling it under another product name."
In a letter to the judge, his own lawyer described him as a "bucket chemist." "Finally, in 1995, he was found in contempt of court"
