| SCALP SCRIPTS “DEA FREE” SHAMPOO CLEANSER INGREDIENTS |
- DEIONIZED WATER: Water that has had the minerals and impurities removed.
- Cocoamidopropyl Betaine : The mildest cleaner made. A gentle Coconut based cleanser that helps to control product thickness and acts as a foam booster. It cleans without irritation and or strips of your hairs natural oil like SLS and other cleaners.
- Cocoamidopropyl HYDROXYSULTAINE : (See Chart above) A viscosity builder, which also provides a
thick and rich feel to the finished product. - C-14-16 Olefin Sulfonate: A mild non-irritating cleansing agent.
- Stearamide DIBA Stearate: Serves to aid in water and oil phase of blending ingredients.
- Polyquaternium 11: Water soluble polymer that forms a film on the hair to aid in wet combing. Also adds body
and shine, leaving the hair feeling silky. - Silk Amino Acids: Adds strength and shine to the hair.
- Propylene Glycol: A combination moisturizing agent and solvent which retains and restores moisture to the hair.
- Methyl Paraben: A non-irritating preservative.
- Propyl Paraben: A non-irritating preservative.
- Peg 75 Lanolin: Used to promote even product distribution.
- Citric Acid: Used to adjust the PH of the finished product.
- Tetrosodium EDTA: (Organic Salt) A stripping agent used to remove metals from water in areas where it's a problem. Also enhances the overall effectiveness of the preservatives performance.
- Fragrance: Describes blends of materials designed to change the odor of a product. Generally derived from natural essential oils.
